At DouLaLa, we are dedicated to providing exceptional doula services that empower families during their unique postpartum journey. Karissa is passionate about supporting you through education, guidance, and emotional support, ensuring you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

DouLaLa was founded in 2020. After gaining 15 years of childcare experience as a nanny, Karissa wanted to help her community in a more focused way. She gained her postpartum doula Certification and opened DouLaLa after gaining a year of experience under her teacher Alison Coleman.

Karissa is a dedicated, and experienced doula passionate about supporting families. She brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to help you navigate the journey of parenthood.
